Mansion blocks in Lambeth
Decorating a mansion block can involve a private flat, the common parts or an external elevation. Identify the boundary of the instruction before comparing quotes.
Discuss your projectYour Lambeth brief
For a Lambeth hall or shared space, give the events and access dates that the work must accommodate. The sequence needs to allow for drying before reuse.
Define the work
- Private and shared surfaces
- Managing-agent requirements
- Resident routes
- Preparation by floor or room
A specification for the building
Describe the condition of each surface rather than relying on the property type alone. The written scope should distinguish decoration, repairs, access equipment and any work by other trades.
Confirming arrangements
Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
