Westminster Painters & Decorators is a trading name of Hampstead Renovations Ltd (Company Reg 16838595), registered at Unit 3, Palace Court, 250 Finchley Road, London NW3 6DN.

Quotations
All quotations are provided in writing following a site survey. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote is not a contract until accepted in writing by both parties.
Scope of Work
The scope of each project is defined in the written quotation. Any changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and timeline. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed as part of each project quotation. For larger projects, staged payments may be required. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the invoice.
Insurance
We carry £10M professional indemnity and public liability insurance through Aviva. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or postpone a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
Liability
We take reasonable care in all work. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including access restrictions, weather conditions, or client-side delays.
