A considered finish starts with a clear brief.
Discuss your project
01 — Discuss the property
Start with the address, the rooms or elevations involved and photographs of their current condition. Explain how the building is used and any fixed dates or access restrictions.
02 — Define the specification
Establish the preparation, repairs, protection and finish required for each surface. Samples can help settle colour and sheen. The written quote should state the scope, assumptions and exclusions.
03 — Agree the working arrangements
Confirm the room sequence, working hours, access and the person who can approve changes. Make space for drying, ventilation and clearing between stages.
04 — Review and hand over
Review the finished areas against the agreed scope and record any items needing attention. Keep the product and colour information, and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the selected finishes.
