There is no published room rate or example quotation on this site. A useful price depends on the property and the agreed work.
Aftercare and completion
Ask how completion will be reviewed and what information will be provided for maintaining the finishes. Any workmanship or defects terms should be recorded in the project agreement.

How is the decorating price agreed?
