Riverside apartments in Kilburn
In an apartment, consider daylight, glazing and the materials that will remain when selecting colours. External or shared surfaces may sit outside the private decorating instruction.
Discuss your projectYour Kilburn brief
For a Kilburn decorating brief, identify recurring stains separately from cosmetic marks. Investigation or repair may be needed before the surface is ready.
Define the work
- Private scope boundaries
- Large glazed areas
- Furniture and floor protection
- Building access restrictions
A specification for the building
Describe the condition of each surface rather than relying on the property type alone. The written scope should distinguish decoration, repairs, access equipment and any work by other trades.
Confirming arrangements
Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
