Damp & stain preparation in Kilburn

Your Kilburn brief

For a Kilburn decorating brief, identify recurring stains separately from cosmetic marks. Investigation or repair may be needed before the surface is ready.

Define the work

• History and extent of the mark
• Any investigation or repair needed
• Readiness of the surface
• Suitable preparation and coating

Preparation and specification

Painting over a recurring mark does not resolve its cause. Establish whether the area needs investigation or repair and whether the substrate is ready for decoration.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
