Damp & stain preparation in Soho

Your Soho brief

For Soho premises, include trading hours and any limits on deliveries in the enquiry. State the rooms that can be taken out of use and for how long.

Define the work

• History and extent of the mark
• Any investigation or repair needed
• Readiness of the surface
• Suitable preparation and coating

Preparation and specification

Painting over a recurring mark does not resolve its cause. Establish whether the area needs investigation or repair and whether the substrate is ready for decoration.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
