Retail & hospitality painting in Kilburn

Your Kilburn brief

For a Kilburn decorating brief, identify recurring stains separately from cosmetic marks. Investigation or repair may be needed before the surface is ready.

Define the work

• Trading and access windows
• Protection of stock and equipment
• Surface and finish schedule
• Cleaning and reopening arrangements

Preparation and specification

Customer routes, fixed fittings and trading hours affect access. The specification should distinguish the finish required for public areas from back-of-house spaces.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
