Sash window painting in Clerkenwell

Your Clerkenwell brief

For a Clerkenwell workspace, note the surfaces that are deliberately exposed and those to be painted. The brief should make the boundaries of the finish unambiguous.

Define the work

• Window schedule and accessible faces
• Timber and coating condition
• Glass and ironmongery protection
• Drying and reopening arrangements

Preparation and specification

Review the timber, putty, joints and existing coating before pricing decoration. Repairs to decayed timber or problems with movement need a separate scope where required.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
