Sash window painting in Parliament Square

Your Parliament Square brief

For a building near Parliament Square, establish the status of the property before changing existing finishes. Give the exact address and proposed surfaces so the enquiry can be assessed on its own terms.

Define the work

• Window schedule and accessible faces
• Timber and coating condition
• Glass and ironmongery protection
• Drying and reopening arrangements

Preparation and specification

Review the timber, putty, joints and existing coating before pricing decoration. Repairs to decayed timber or problems with movement need a separate scope where required.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
