Sash window painting in Pimlico Road

Your Pimlico Road brief

For premises on Pimlico Road, include the junctions between fixed displays, cabinetry and walls in the decorating brief. Clear finish boundaries help avoid uncertainty.

Define the work

• Window schedule and accessible faces
• Timber and coating condition
• Glass and ironmongery protection
• Drying and reopening arrangements

Preparation and specification

Review the timber, putty, joints and existing coating before pricing decoration. Repairs to decayed timber or problems with movement need a separate scope where required.
