Weekend painting in Chelsea

Your Chelsea brief

For a Chelsea property, distinguish a cabinet repaint from repairs or changes to the kitchen. Door material, edge condition and hardware affect the proposed method.

Define the work

• Building access and permissions
• Sequence of rooms
• Drying and ventilation
• Return-to-use requirements

Preparation and specification

Weekend work depends on building rules, access and the drying time of the selected materials. A room may need to stay out of use beyond the last application.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
