Weekend painting in Victoria

Your Victoria brief

For a Victoria office or apartment, distinguish private rooms from shared entrances and corridors. Set out who controls access and whether the rooms will remain occupied during decoration.

Define the work

• Building access and permissions
• Sequence of rooms
• Drying and ventilation
• Return-to-use requirements

Preparation and specification

Weekend work depends on building rules, access and the drying time of the selected materials. A room may need to stay out of use beyond the last application.

Confirming arrangements

Give the full address and describe the surfaces involved. Availability, any survey, the preparation and the programme need to be confirmed for the individual property. This enquiry page does not confirm an appointment or a previous project at this location.
