The building stayed fully occupied, the common routes needed to remain usable, and the client wanted the entrance and landings to feel smarter without turning the works into a daily headache for residents.

The programme was broken into sections, with protection and signage handled around the live routes. Shared touch points and higher-wear zones were specified more carefully so the finish would hold up in daily use rather than only on completion day.
